Two-Dog Household Rate

When two dogs from the same household are included in the same booking, the displayed two-dog rate applies to each dog. Both dogs must be included in one booking request to receive this rate.

Home Boarding pricing explained

Nightly rate plus agreed handover extensions

The base Boarding price is the number of nights multiplied by the applicable daily rate. An AM drop-off adds half of one daily rate. A PM collection adds half of one daily rate.

The surcharge uses the applicable one-dog or two-dog household, It is applied once for each non-standard handover period, not once per night.

Payment Information

Deposit

A deposit is due when the booking is confirmed. Please contact Browns Boarding for the current deposit percentage.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Short Notice Bookings

Bookings within 14 days of arrival require full payment upon confirmation.

Keeping every dog safe is an important part of the booking process.

Up-to-date vaccinations required

All dogs staying at Browns Boarding must have up-to-date vaccinations before their stay. Vaccination details can be added and managed through your customer account.

Up-to-date flea and worm treatment required

All dogs staying at Browns Boarding must also have up-to-date flea and worm treatment before their stay.
